You don't need to refuse the package since (apparently) Dell covers the return shipping, you just accept, contact Dell for the return, tape on a return label that Dell emails you, and send the box back (but=trip to PO). ![]() ![]() You're supposed to be able to cancel at any point before it ships (I had only gotten 'received' and 'confirmation' emails, both right after placing the order), but CSR said it was too late to cancel and that when I get the item I should call them to arrange the return. If not, how do you know which package to turn away/return to sender if you ordered two?
